* If you are interested in receiving a special vehicle that is not on the current lists, please contact us to receive a special request order form. Special request orders require a 50% advance payment before we purchase the vehicle.

A Quote will be send to you via e-mail or fax within one business day of your request. This will contain the total price of the car(s), shipping charges, and payment details
1) After receiving your quotation, if you decide to purchase a vehicle, complete the payment promptly. Bank Telegraphic Transfer is a suggested method: safe and fast. You can complete it at your bank.
2) Please send us a copy of PROOF OF PAYMENT (bank receipt) by fax or email after you complete the payment
* If you think there could be a payment delay for your payment, please contact us.
When the payment is received, we will send you a confirmation via email or fax and begin the shipping procedure.
Our shipping department will contact you when the booking is confirmed with estimated time of departure (ETD) and arrival (ETA)
After receiving the remaining 50% of the balance, we will send you the necessary shipping documents (Bill of Sale, Bill of Lading and etc) via courier service. A tracking number will be available to track your shipment.
* For vehicle with Durban as destination port the use of a Clearing agent is compulsory. Unless you have a preferred Clearing Agent that you prefer, we will send the documents to the agent that usually works with us.
Once your vehicle arrives at the port of destination, use the original documents to pick up the vehicle. It is better to get support from a Clearing Agent.
*Any clearance charges and customs duties will have to be paid, on arrival of the vehicle, to the relevant persons and/or authorities. We are unable to do this from Japan.
* Remember that the vehicle has been unused for quite a while during the transportation: check oil, water and battery levels before using the vehicle. |
