Auctions

  • Choose an auction from the tabs below.
  • Follow the directions in the tab to find a car that you want.
  • Get information about that car like make, model, color, VIN etc.
  • Come back here and place your order by filling in as much information as possible.
  • You will get an email confirmation when the order is placed successfully.
  • You will also get updates regularly as your order is processed.

Follow the steps below to find a car on Adesa Auctions.

Step 1: Go to http://www.adesa.com.

Step 2: Enter
Username: globalvehicles
Password: global
Then click Log In.

Step 3: Click on Search Run Lists.

Step 4: Click Search all Run Lists at the bottom.

Step 5: Fill in the information, you can select all locations to view the car you need in all the locations.

Step 6: After filling the information for the car that you are interested in click Search Now at the bottom.

Step 7: We can only bid on the cars online where it says yes in the Live Block.

Notice the dealer location.

Step 8: After making sure that the car is on live block, get the run number for the car and the auction and we will buy it for you.
Remember, we can only bid online on the cars that are on live block, but if the car is in the Dallas auction we can buy it directly.

Follow the steps below to find a car on Copart Auctions.

Step 1: Go to http://www.copart.com.

Step 2: Click on automobiles.

Step 3: Click on the small black arrow next to year, make or model to filter the vehicles.

Step 4: Select the make that you want.

Step 5: Select the model you want.

Step 6: Select Facility (our lot is in Dallas so TX-Dallas, or TX-Fort Worth will be close to our place.

Step 6: Note the lot number, date, and facility and get us what you are willing to pay maximum and we will place the bid for you.
Note: Please check the current bid column to see what the highest bid is so far. GOOD LUCK!

Follow the steps below to find a car on Manheim Auctions.

Step 1: Go to http://www.manheim.com.

Step 2: Now click on log in button as pointed by arrow.

Step 3: Enter
Username: gvehicles
Password: global
This is a read only access, you cannot bid on a car.
Please put a check mark on 'Remember my password' so you don’t have to enter it again in the future.
Then click OK.

Step 4: Go to buy. Then click on PowerSearch.

Step 5: Enter the information for the car that you are interested in buying. Put the year range, make model and other information.

Step 6: If you want more details about the car please click on the View Advanced Options button.

Step 7: After clicking the button, more options will appear for you to choose from, like condition, trim, transmission, engine type, exterior, interior color, and doors as pointed by arrows.

Step 8: Scroll down and select search to look for your cars.

Step 9: After clicking on search, you will get to the list of cars that are being sold during the upcoming auctions.
Some will have pictures for you to check if you wanted to check the details of the car click on the blue text next to the pictures.

Step 10: Get the details of the vehicle that you are interested (VIN#, Make Model, the date that it is going to be sold). If you want to buy the car, just send us the information of the car, such as auction location, lane/run number with your maximum bid.

How do I check the average prices for the car that I want to buy?

Step 1: After logging in on manheim.com (see first step on the previous page), bring your mouse pointer on Buy Tab, then click on Internet MMR.

Step 2: Select Year, Make, Model, Style.
Select the region. If it is national you will get to see the average price for national sales. If you select south west this is the Texas Area.

Step 3: Find the average prices of the car that you are interested in. These are the average prices.

Step 4: These are the average prices for the ending week.
